Rate During Vacation. Employees will be paid their current rate based on their regular scheduled day while on vacation and will receive credit for any benefits provided for in this Agreement.

Rate During Vacation. Employees will be paid their current rate based on their regularly scheduled days while on vacation and will receive credit for any benefits provided for in the Agreement. Paid holidays and related time off with pay is not chargeable as a day of vacation during a vacation period. Effective July 1, 2008, employees may carryover unused vacation days beyond the scheduled allocation each July 1st not to exceed ten (10) days. As of June 30th each year, any unused vacation days above the ten (10) allowed for carryover will be added to the employees sick bank.

  • Holidays During Vacation If a paid holiday falls or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be granted an additional day's vacation with pay for each holiday in addition to his/her regular vacation time.
