SENIORITY UPON RECALL. An Employee's seniority status will terminate if the Employee fails to notify the College of the Employee's intent to return from layoff within seven (7) calendar days after the Employee is notified personally or by certified mail of recall from layoff, unless this time period is extended by agreement of the College and the Employee.
