SERGEANTS ACTING IN A FIELD TRAINING CAPACITY. A sergeant who is a certified Field Training Officer, and is officially acting in that capacity during any eight (8) hour shift, shall receive 1.5 hours overtime pay for that shift and 2.5 hours overtime pay for a twelve (12) hour shift.
