Common use of Serious Illness in the Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Serious Illness in the Immediate Family. An allowance of up to three (3) days may be granted at the sole discretion of the Superintendent to care for members of the immediate family (as described in Paragraph A).

Serious Illness in the Immediate Family. An allowance of up to three (3) days may be granted at the sole discretion of the Superintendent to care for members of the immediate family (as described in Paragraph A). Up to two (2) days may be carried over to the following year for a total of five (5) illness in the family days. An employee is limited to a maximum of five (5) illness in the family days in one school year.
