Serious Incidents, Dangerous Occurrences and Near Misses. (a) The Union Co-Chairperson or his designate and a member of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee, shall be notified promptly in order that he may be accompanied to the site of a serious incident or near miss required to be reported to WorkSafe BC.
