Service Effective Date. Following acceptance of the applicable Order for the Services, Unitrends will provide Customer with information or documentation necessary for Customer to access and use the Services and upon the delivery of such information, the Services shall be deemed delivered (the date of such delivery, the “Service Effective Date”).
Service Effective Date. 4.1 Supplier shall exert all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services can be used by Customer on the Targeted Start Dates. The "Service Effective Date" shall be that date which is the latter of:
Service Effective Date. 4.1 Supplier shall exert all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are available for use by Customer by the date specified in writing by Supplier to Customer upon Supplier's receipt of a signed copy of this Agreement from Customer. Customer shall use all reasonable efforts to complete its obligations set out in section 3.1 in a timely manner.
Service Effective Date. The effective date for the services provided under this Agreement shall be the Effective Date shown above.
