SERVICE LETTER. Upon request, an Employee or former Employee will be provided a letter showing his/her term of service and the position(s) in which s/he was employed.
SERVICE LETTER. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he will not request a “service letter” under R.S. Mo. § 290.140, or any other state or local law, or any other writing regarding Employee’s employment with any UMB Entity, and Employee further waives any and all legal and/or equitable claims that arise or may arise under any such statutes.
SERVICE LETTER. Engineers who have been in the service 30 days or more and who leave the service will, upon request, be promptly furnished a service letter stating time and character of service, which they must sign.
SERVICE LETTER. Employees who have been in service one year or more and who leave the service will upon request, be promptly furnished a service letter stating the time and character of service while in the employ of the Company.
SERVICE LETTER. At the termination of service with the EMPLOYER, the Employee will, upon request, be given a letter showing the Employee's term of service and the capacity in which employed.

SERVICE LETTER. At the termination of service with CTS, the Employee will, upon request, be given a letter confirming the Employee's term of service and the position(s) held.
SERVICE LETTER. Upon request or termination of service with METRO, an Employee, promptly will be given a letter showing his/her term of service and the position(s) in which he/she was employed.
SERVICE LETTER. Employees leaving the service who have been employed ninety (90) days or more will, upon request, be given a letter stating time and character of service and cause of leaving.
