Service Revisions. Entrust may add, reduce, eliminate, or revise service levels or functionality at any time where a third-party service agreement applicable to the Hosted Service has been changed. Where any such change will cause a material detrimental impact on Customer, Entrust will take commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer sixty (60) days prior written notice.

Customer shall be entitled to terminate the applicable Order for IFI as a Service if there is a material reduction in the level of performance or availability of the IFI as a Service due to changes made to IFI as a Service features, functionality, or service levels.

As we are constantly trying to improve our the platform, we may introduce modifications/revisions to the functionality, content, features and modules of the platform, or choose to discontinue or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services, at any time without notice.

Similarly, we reserve the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if someone alleges you contributed that Content in violation of these Terms), at our sole discretion, and without notice. 3. We will provide advance notice to you if there is a change to the Services resulting in overall material decrease in functionality of the platform or changes to this Agreement by posting such changes on our website, or via emails. In such cases, you may terminate your subscription in accordance with Section 10.2 (Termination)

Notwithstanding the foregoing, where in our sole opinion, a change will cause a material detrimental impact on your use of the SureScan Services (a “Detrimental Change”), we will provide you thirty (30) days prior written notice (email or if an online portal is made available with the SureScan Services, posting notice at the portal to suffice). In the event of a Detrimental Change, you may, at no cost, terminate the affected SureScan Services by providing us with written notice of termination within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice of the Detrimental Change. If we do not receive notice of termination within thirty (30) days, you will be deemed to have accepted the change and/or charge.

Where any such change will cause a material detrimental impact on MSP, Entrust Datacard will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide MSP sixty (60) days prior written notice (email or posting notice at the Service portal constitutes written notice); if such changes are the result of third party service provider changes, Entrust Datacard may not be able to provide the aforementioned notice. It is MSP’s responsibility to notify its Tenants of any such changes.
