Services and Statement of Work. 12.1. All Services shall be performed pursuant to the terms of this Contract and shall be documented in a Work Order established between Purchaser and Contractor. A Work Order template is attached as Schedule C.
Services and Statement of Work. Each Statement of Work will include, without limitation, the applicable Statement of Work I.D., a description of the professional services to be provided thereunder, which shall be defined as the “Services” for purposes of this Policy and the SOWs only, the consideration to be paid for the Services, the site where Services are to be delivered, the term of the engagement, and other particulars of the Services.

A SOW may only be amended or modified by a written document signed by authorized representatives of Contractor and Customer.

From time to time the Client may issue (but shall not be under any obligation to issue) a Statement of Work to the Supplier setting out details of the Services to be provided by the Supplier to the Client. The Supplier agrees to accept a Statement of Work issued by the Client by hand, by post, or by email which has been duly received by them. Except for those issued by email, a Statement of Work shall be signed on behalf of the Client before being issued to the Supplier. For the avoidance of doubt, upon the execution of a Statement of Work by the Client and the Supplier, the applicable Statement of Work shall form part of this Agreement.
