Services Provided to County/SHERIFF. APS shall: (1) Receive all animals seized, impounded or delivered to the Shelter by Animal Services. (2) Receive all animals required to be quarantined pursuant to NCGS 130A Part 6, or the Ordinance. (3) Maintain animals in the Shelter for not less than the minimum period specified by the North Carolina General Statutes, or in the Ordinance, whichever is longer, and to maintain those animals which are placed on "Administrative Hold" by Animal Services until released by Animal Services. (4) Make the Shelter accessible during all hours for the impoundment of animals by Animal Services which includes animal services officers having a key to the kennel, loading and unloading areas. This also includes providing the Sheriff with keys to all doors in the facility for use in emergencies. (5) Give a receipt to animal services officers for all animals delivered by them to the Shelter. (6) Collect and deposit per section B4 and B5, above, at the time of redemption, on behalf of County, all boarding fees, redemption fees, fees for rabies vaccination (for redemption only), known delinquent animal taxes, and any applicable delinquent civil penalties from citizens redeeming animals. The Deposit Forms shall be submitted to Animal Services on a weekly basis. APS shall work in conjunction with the County Tax Department regarding the collection and reporting of animal taxes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no owner shall be denied redemption of his animal due to non-payment of delinquent civil penalties or animal taxes. APS shall notify Animal Control in the event an owner fails to pay his/her delinquent civil penalties and notify the Tax Assessor in the event an owner fails to pay an outstanding animal tax prior to redemption so that the County may proceed with collections. (7) Give all animals which have been placed on Administrative Hold by the Sheriff vaccinations as required by standard veterinary care and as appropriate for the age and species of the animal, including but not limited to: Parvo/Distemper, Rabies, and Feline Rhinotracieitis. Rabies Certificates shall be submitted to Animal Services within one week of inoculation. Further, APS shall implement an internal/external parasite program for all animals on Administrative Hold. (8) Provide, at a minimum, the following personnel: operations manager, six (6) shelter attendants, and a veterinary technician. (9) See Lease Agreement for payment terms for various utilities.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Contractor Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • Program Requirements Provided At No Charge to the Judicial Council A. The Contractor shall provide the following items during the Program at no charge to the Judicial Council:

  • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement. B. Charges to the Master Account shall be settled with Citibank CMC, as defined herein. C. The Contractor's final invoice for the Master Account shall include the Judicial Council Contract Number set forth on the face of this Agreement and shall be itemized to show the applicable and allowable charges by date and event/category/activity and number served, as appropriate. D. For performing the Work of this Agreement, the Contractor shall xxxx the Judicial Council for the total actual charges against the Master Account, based upon the prices stated herein and itemized to provide the following details, if applicable: i. Sleeping room charges as set forth in Exhibit C; ii. Meeting room rental charges as set forth in Exhibit D; iii. Food and beverage charges as set forth in Exhibit E; and/or iv. Charges for miscellaneous requirements as set forth in Exhibit F. E. If the Contract is terminated in whole or in part, pursuant to either the termination for cause provision or the Judicial Council’s obligation subject to availability of funds provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Contactor shall xxxx the Judicial Council for only those applicable and allowable charges accrued up to the effective date of termination, itemized as set forth above in this provision. F. If the Contract is terminated pursuant to the Termination Fee charge provision, as set forth in Exhibit B, the Contractor shall xxxx the Judicial Council for the allowable and applicable Termination Fee, as set forth in Table 2, below, and shall offset the Termination Fee by rental charges for the meeting and function rooms that the Contractor received from Third Parties during the Program

ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).
