Session Cancellation. 7.1 If a Session is cancelled (i.e. not held at all), Rio 2016 will use reasonable efforts to communicate such cancellation in advance to Purchasers. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to communicate such information to the Ticket Holder. As soon as possible after Rio 2016 becomes aware of a Session being cancelled all available information will be posted on our website. It is the responsibility of a Ticket Holder to ascertain whether a Session has been cancelled. Rio 2016 does not guarantee that Ticket Holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Session concerned.

Session Cancellation. If the host cancels the session and it is not an emergency situation (see weather cancellation below), the host is required to contact PT at 0-000-000-0000 or via email at xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Cancellation must be requested no later than fifteen (15) business days prior to the course start date to avoid a cancellation fee. In the case of an emergency or weather related closing, the session cancellation fee will not apply.
