Sessional Employees. Notwithstanding 3 (c) above, a sessional employee shall not be permitted to bump, nor shall they have rights of recall, to positions other than their sessional position when laid off as part of their regular sessional employment. Should a sessional employee not be recalled when the regular sessional recall occurs, that employee shall have the option to bump in accordance with (c) above for ten (10) days from the date of the regular sessional recall
