Set-up and Take- down. 5.1 Setup must be conducted on the Date of the Event, unless otherwise approved by the First Party in writing. 5.2 Takedown must be completed by the next day of the Event Date by 5am. It being understood that a fee will be applied if any additional setup and/or takedown days are required by the Second Party.

Set-up and Take- down. The Exhibitor shall have access to the booth as of 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. The booths shall be set up during the following time slots: Wednesday, November 24, 2021, between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m., and Thursday, November 25, 2021, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The booth shall be ready for the fair as of 1 p.m. The booths shall be taken down on Sunday, November 28, 2021, between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. The Exhibitor is responsible for installing and taking down all the objects and artworks. The Exhibitor must provide all the tools needed for the task. The Exhibitor is responsible for the presentation of the artworks. Detailed instructions concerning the set up and take down shall be provided in the first exhibitor guide. Any damage incurred during the set up and take down is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
Set-up and Take- down. 6.1. The borrower is responsible for complying with the manufacturer’s instructions for setting up and taking down the Marquee. These will be provided with the marquee and must be returned.
Set-up and Take- down. Town of Shelburne employees will be responsible for setting up the mobile stage, attaching the extension sections, stairs and signage. After the event, the Town staff will take down the stage and accessories. The Town staff will retrieve the stage at the time specified by the licensee. The licensee will be billed for any excess time, caused by a delay, in the agreed take down-time and closing of the mobile stage. The organization using the mobile stage cannot assist the Town employees in setting-up or taking-down the accessories. If the mobile stage remains overnight, an enclosed and/or fenced area or a security person shall be provided to protect the mobile stage from damage as approved prior to the event by the Town. Please note that due to overall length and height of the mobile stage and truck, careful consideration must be given to the access route and location of your event. The licensee must provide a map or sketch of where the mobile stage will be set-up. In case of last minute changes or emergencies, please call (000) 000-0000 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition to this form, application must possess a Special Event Permit for the same date, a copy of the liability insurance for the event, and time and location of stage set-up. This permit may be obtained at the Town of Shelburne Municipal Offices.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When Southern Telecom or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port. 3.8.2 An unloaded 2-wire copper Loop must serve the End User. The meet point for the Voice CLEC and the Data LEC is the point of termination on the MDF for the Data LEC's cable and pairs. 3.8.3 The foregoing procedures are applicable to migration to Line Splitting Service from a UNE-P arrangement, BellSouth Retail Voice Service, BellSouth High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Line Sharing. 3.8.4 For other migration scenarios to line splitting, BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop methods and procedures to develop a process whereby a Voice CLEC and a Data LEC may provide services over the same Loop.

  • Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

  • USE OF SUB-ADVISER’S NAME The parties agree that the name of the Sub-Adviser, the names of any affiliates of the Sub-Adviser, and any derivative, logo, trademark, service xxxx or trade name, are the valuable property of the Sub-Adviser and its affiliates. The Adviser and the Trust shall have the right to use such names, derivatives, logos, trademarks, service marks or trade names only with the prior written approval of the Sub-Adviser, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed so long as this Agreement is in effect. The Adviser agrees that it will review with the Sub-Adviser any advertisement, sales literature or notice prior to its use that makes reference to the Sub-Adviser or its affiliates or any such names, derivatives, logos, trademarks, service marks or trade names so that the Sub-Adviser may review the context in which it is referred to, it being agreed that the Sub-Adviser shall have no responsibility to ensure the adequacy of the form or content of such materials for purposes of the Securities Act, the Investment Company Act, or other applicable laws and regulations. If the Adviser or the Trust makes any unauthorized use of the Sub-Adviser’s names, derivatives, logos, trademarks, service marks or trade names, the parties acknowledge that the Sub-Adviser shall suffer irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate and, thus, the Sub-Adviser shall be entitled to injunctive relief, as well as any other remedy available under law.
