Shift Differential - Dispatchers. An employee who works a scheduled shift, the major portion of which falls between the hours of 16:00 and 08:00, shall receive a shift differential of $1.00 for each hour of that shift. An employee who works an evening shift, the major portion of which falls between the hours of 16:00 and 24:00, shall receive a shift differential of $1.10 for each hour of that shift. An employee who works a night shift, the major portion of which falls between the hours of 24:00 and 08:00, shall receive a shift differential of $1.20 for each hour of that shift. An employee shall not be eligible for shift differential for hours at premium rates.
