Common use of Shift Personnel Clause in Contracts

Shift Personnel. A. When called in with less than two (2) hours notice, to replace an employee on shift or to perform overtime for a full shift, two (2) meals. B. When held over for six (6) hours or more, two (2) meals. C. When held over for more than two (2) hours but less than six (6) hours, one (1) meal.
