Common use of SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION Clause in Contracts

Vendor agrees to pay all non-priority, ground shipping, transportation, rigging and drayage charges for the equipment from the equipment’s place of manufacture to the installation address of the equipment as specified under this Agreement. If any form of express shipping method is requested, it will be paid for by Customer.
