Shipping Cost the fee charged by Xxxxxx to Seller for Lazada-coordinated Delivery, as calculated based on the Shipping Fee Rate Card.
Shipping Cost. User to pay all shipping costs. Arrangements for shipping the unit to the User, shall normally be made by the Owner, with all administrative costs for this effort covered in the rental fee. Shipping shall be charged “at cost” and shown separately from the basic rental fee (See example calculation). The Owner shall invoice the User as appropriate. If a name brand is mentioned, it is only to illustrate type and quality and is not intended to restrict competition. Any list included herein is inclusive and not exclusive. There may be other similarly used items that are sold by the responding vendors that may be included as part of the proposing vendor’s “catalog” (Defined above) now or during the life of the contract that are considered included in this RFP. Example: During the life of the contract, models change and new products come to market that are in the same category and are added to the vendor’s “catalog” and are available for purchase by users of the contract provided the catalog discount or cost xxxxxx proposed is honored by the awarded vendor.
