Common use of Short-term Temporary Employees Clause in Contracts

Short-term Temporary Employees. A short-term temporary employee will receive one week of personal leave after four weeks continuous service and 0.2 weeks of personal leave for each subsequent four weeks of continuous service up to a maximum of two weeks in the employee’s first twelve months of service.

Short-term Temporary Employees. A short-short term temporary employee will receive one week be credited with 0.2 weeks of personal leave on commencement and a further 0.8 weeks of personal leave after four weeks continuous service and service. Thereafter the employee will be credited with 0.2 weeks of personal leave for each subsequent four weeks of continuous service up to a maximum of two weeks in the employee’s first twelve months of service.
