SHUTTLE ROUTES Clause Samples
The SHUTTLE ROUTES clause defines the specific paths or itineraries that shuttle services must follow during the term of an agreement. It typically outlines the starting and ending points, scheduled stops, and may include details such as frequency of service or permissible deviations. By clearly specifying these routes, the clause ensures that both parties understand the operational boundaries and expectations for shuttle transportation, thereby minimizing confusion and disputes regarding service coverage.
