Sick and Bereavement Leave within Annual Leave. Where, in respect of any period of annual leave, an employee is granted sick leave on production of a medical certificate, or bereavement leave, the period of annual leave so displaced shall either be added to the annual leave period, if requested by the employee, and approved by the Employer, or reinstated for use at a later date.
