Sick/Emergency Leave Buy Back. 1) Employees who retire shall be entitled, upon written request to the SPS's Payroll Services, to compensation for all unused Sick/Emergency Leave up to the one hundred and eighty-two (182) day maximum at the ratio of 4:1 at their per diem rate.
