Sick Leave Accumulation and Use. Sick leave is accumulated at the rate of ten (10) hours per month for 40-hour per week personnel and fourteen (14) hours per month for 56-hour per week personnel. This amounts to one hundred twenty (120) hours per year for 40- hour per employees and one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours per year for 56-hour per week personnel. Time is charged to the employee on an hour for hour basis.
