Sick Leave and Associated Leaves, Workers’ Compensation. A. For purposed of this Article, immediate family will be defined as spouse, parent or step-parent, parent- in-law, brother, sister, children, or step-children, xxxx, grandchildren, grandparents or other household dependent. Upon approval of the Superintendent, sick days may be used for others when the closeness of the relationship justifies it.
