Common use of Sick Leave Bank Balance Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bank Balance. An employee with a sick leave balance as of December 31, 2012, will retain his/her sick leave bank balance. The employee may choose to use sick leave from the bank for any reason specified under Article 13.5 below.
