Common use of Sick Leave Bank Use Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bank Use. A Sick Leave Bank Committee will be established by the Association to implement, administer and oversee the Bank. The decision(s) of the Sick Leave Bank Committee shall be final. Sick leave days can only be withdrawn from the Bank for injuries or illnesses. If the Sick Leave Bank is disbanded the accumulated sick leave in the bank will be distributed equally to all the bargaining unit members who are sick leave bank members at the time. A report of the balance of the sick leave bank will be provided to the Association president upon request.
