Sick Leave Benefit for Pregnancy. Every full-time and half-time employee in any Department of the City shall be entitled to use sick leave accrued pursuant to this Article if that employee is unable to work on account of her pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions (see “Family and Medical Leave” article).
