Sick Leave Benefits Applicable. to Part-time Employees (a) The provisions of Article 29, Sick Leave, shall apply to Part-time Employees, except that the yearly entitlements specified shall be pro-rated, after the first year of employment, on the basis of hours worked as compared to full-time hours over the preceding year’s employment. Entitlements during the first year of employment shall be fifty percent (50%) of full-time entitlement.
