Sick Leave Buy Down. Beginning August 2005, the Board will buy each unused annual allotment sick leave day for teachers who have accumulated 120 days at the rate of $40 per day, and the money for such days will be deposited into the teacher’s Section 403(b) account, each school year by September 1.
