Sick Leave Claim. A Nurse may claim sick leave when unable to attend work due to personal illness or injury providing the Nurse is able to satisfactorily establish that the illness or injury prevents the Nurse from working. The Nurse shall be entitled to paid sick leave where the Nurse has sufficient sick leave credits.
