SICK LEAVE CREDIT GRATUITY. 24.01 An Employee who has completed ten (10) years of continuous service with the Board or its predecessors immediately prior to retirement and who has reached the minimum age for collecting a pension under OMERS at the time of resignation regardless of participation in the OMERS pension plan shall be entitled to the payment of a gratuity on retirement.
