Sick Leave - Reporting Verification. (1) Employees shall report illness or disability to the immediate supervisor at the beginning of any period of sick leave and daily thereafter unless prearranged. The employee is not required to provide the details of the condition except as required by law. (2) Upon returning to work, the employee may be required by the University to submit medical certification consistent with University policy.
