Sick Leave Without. Medical Certificate (SLWOMC) of 3 days is a privilege. Management reserves the right to review SLWOMC from time to time, this includes withdrawal or suspension (e.g., in the event of infectious disease outbreak) and Union will be kept informed. For staff to take sick leave without medical certification, the number of leave days taken shall be counted as part of sub- clause 28(1a).
