Sick or Personal Leave Accumulation. Sick and personal leave shall not accumulate for a school year when the teacher did not teach. For teachers who do not teach the entire school year, credit for personal or sick leave shall be credited on a 50% per semester basis with the majority of school days in any semester constituting a full semester.
