Signaling and Call-Related Databases. Verizon shall provide access to Signaling and Call-related Databases under the Amended Agreement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Specifically, notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any Verizon tariff or SGAT, as of October 2, 2003, Verizon shall provide Signaling and Call-Related Databases only in conjunction with the provision of Local Switching or Tandem Switching that Verizon is otherwise obligated to make available to Hello Depot under the Amended Agreement; provided, however, that Verizon shall continue to provide nondiscriminatory access to the 911 and E911 Call-Related Databases in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Where Local Switching or Tandem Switching associated with a particular Signaling facility or Call-Related Database is or becomes a Nonconforming Facility, the associated Signaling facility or Call-Related Database associated with that Local Switching or Tandem Switching facility shall also be subject to the same transitional provisions in Section 3.8 (except for the 911 and E911 Call-Related Databases, as noted above).

Part 51 or other Applicable Law. In conjunction with the provision of Local Switching or Tandem Switching that Verizon is otherwise obligated to make available to AT&T under the Amended Agreement, Verizon shall provide Signaling and Call-Related Databases. Verizon shall continue to provide nondiscriminatory access to the 911 and E911 Call-Related Databases in accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), 47 C.F.R. Part 51 or other Applicable Law. Where Local Switching or Tandem Switching associated with a particular Signaling facility or Call-Related Database is or becomes a Declassified Network Element, the associated Signaling facility or Call-Related Database associated with that Local Switching or Tandem Switching facility shall also be subject to the same transitional provisions in Section 3.9 (except for the 911 and E911 Call-Related Databases, as noted above).
