(i) If the annual Premium received by the Product Issuer for a life insured is in excess of $25,000, only Hybrid Commission and Level Commission rates are available for calculating the Remuneration payable to the Distributor.
(ii) For any Policies submitted by the Distributor or its Distribution Channels which are to insure a family member of the Distributor or its Representatives, only the Level Commission rate is available for calculating the Remuneration payable to the Distributor.
(iii) If the Policy is a ‘replacement policy’ (as that term is defined in the Replacement Policy FAQ available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/XxxxxxxXxxx/), then only replacement policy commission will be payable as set out in the Replacement Policy FAQ.
(iv) Any remuneration payments made by the Product Issuer to the Distributor in respect of a Policy which is cancelled or lapses during the first 12 months of its currency will be clawed back.

Neotechnology has the right to vary these margins/rebates and will advise the Reseller in advance in writing should it elect to do so.
