Single Tender Contracts. The delegation for single tender action contracts (where no competition has taken place to select a supplier) is set at £50,000 (ex VAT) for each contract or requirement. Proposals for awarding single tender action contracts above this delegated limit must have the prior written approval of the Department before any contract is awarded or any spend committed.
