If the Services are such that, in the University’s sole discretion, they must be performed on the University’s premises, the University will provide Consultant office space and facilities to the extent the University deems it necessary to perform the Services.

Site of Services. The Advisor will perform the Services at a location other ----------------- than the premises of the Corporation if possible, or if the Services are such that the Services must be performed on the Corporation's premises, the Corporation shall provide the Advisor with office space and facilities commensurate with that provided to its own employees to the extent necessary to perform the Services specified by this Agreement. Related to Site of Services

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Nature of Services The Individual Contractor shall perform the services as described in the Terms of References which form an integral part of this Contract and are attached hereto as Annex I in the following Duty Station(s): .

  • Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and you use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software ("Software") required to use the Service. The Software is provided by a service provider not affiliated with the Credit Union and you are solely responsible for entering a license agreement to use the software. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking service, the Software or your wireless device. You may experience technical or other difficulties related to the Mobile Banking service that may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Banking service interruptions.   • Engagement of Services Company may issue Project Assignments to Contractor in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A (Project Assignment). A Project Assignment will become binding when both parties have signed it and once signed, Contractor will be obligated to provide the services as specified in such Project Assignment. The terms of this Agreement will govern all Project Assignments and services undertaken by Contractor for Company.
