Site of Services. Consultant will perform the Services at a location other than University’s premises if possible. If the Services are such that, in University’s sole discretion, they must be performed on University’s premises, University will provide Consultant office space and facilities to the extent University deems it necessary to perform the Services.
Site of Services. If Seller’s services are per-formed at Customer’s offices, Customer shall provide space and facilities to Seller’s staff commensurate with that provided to its own employees to the extent necessary to perform the Services specified by this Agreement.
Site of Services. The Advisor will perform the Services at a location other ----------------- than the premises of the Corporation if possible, or if the Services are such that the Services must be performed on the Corporation's premises, the Corporation shall provide the Advisor with office space and facilities commensurate with that provided to its own employees to the extent necessary to perform the Services specified by this Agreement. The Advisor will restrict the performance of the Services to a separate assigned work area as much as is feasible.
Site of Services. The Services provided under this Agreement shall be performed either at the offices of Peritus in Westborough, MA or at the Client’s site designated in the applicable Statement of Work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties.
Site of Services. At the option of Weidenhammer, the services provided under this Agreement may be performed at Licensee's place of business, at the offices of Weidenhammer or via the web through remote access software.
