Remote Access Software definition

Remote Access Software means software that enables access to, and control of, a computer by a user at a remote location through a network connection, including through the internet.
Remote Access Software has the meaning set forth in Part 3.
Remote Access Software has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7. “Remote Services” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

More Definitions of Remote Access Software

Remote Access Software which may contain technological measures designed to collect and transmit to JCI’s certain diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including information about the computer, systems, and network related to or derived from the use of the Licensed Software. Authorized Partner acknowledges and agrees that JCI may collect, maintain, process and use this information in the course of performing Services under this Agreement, provided that JCI shall only access, control and gather such information that it believes is necessary to assist in analyzing or resolving a technical issue.

Related to Remote Access Software

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Remote access means that inspection can be made without the need to physically visit the courthouse where the court record is maintained.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
