SITE (S. O.S.) CLEANING OF VEHICLES
SITE INSPECTION Where a site inspection is required by the Bid Specifications or Project Definition, Bidder shall be required to inspect the site, including environmental or other conditions for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product, equipment, or environment or services to be provided and, which may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed. Bidder must provide a detailed explanation with its Bid if additional work is required under this clause in order to properly complete the delivery and installation of the required Product or provide the requested service.
Site Inspections Grantees must ensure by site inspections that facilities on the Project site are being operated and maintained for outdoor recreation for a minimum period of twenty-five (25) years from the Project Completion Date set forth in the Project Completion Certificate. The Project site must be open at reasonable times and must be managed in a safe and attractive manner.
Access to Project Site City will make available, no later than the commencement date designated in the current construction Schedule accepted by City, the lands and facilities upon which the Work is to be performed, including such access and other lands and facilities designated in the Contract Documents, for use by Contractor.
Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.
Site Visits The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.
Site Data (i) The Contractor shall be deemed to have inspected and examined the Site and its surroundings and to have satisfied himself before entering into the Agreement in all material respects including but not limited to: (a) the form and nature of the Site (including, inter-alia, the surface and sub- surface conditions and geo-technical factors); (b) the hydrological and climatic conditions; (c) the extent and nature of the works already completed and Materials necessary for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects that includes already executed part also. (d) the suitability and the adequacy of the Site for the execution of the Works; (e) the means of access to the Site and the accommodation the Contractor may require; (f) arranging permits as required as per [.] of the Agreement. (g) the requirements of operation and maintenance; and (h) all other factors and circumstances affecting the Contractor's rights and obligations under the Agreement, the Contract Price and Time for Completion.

Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.
Site License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on any number of Development Workstations, Machines, Servers or users at a single Site as listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
