Common use of Site Specific Payments Clause in Contracts

Site Specific Payments. Where the Company is obliged to make site specific payments (such as productivity, site disability and other contingencies specifically relating to the site) under prevailing industrial instruments properly certified under the Act, the following conditions will apply: (I) The Company may, at its discretion, adopt some or all of those payments for the duration of that project. (II) Payments will only be made to or on behalf of Employees where the Company is contractually entitled to recover the full cost of the payments. Payments will only apply while Employees are engaged on the site or project. Project Agreements cannot override the arrangements of this Agreement.
