Six Weeks Vacation. Employees with twenty-four (24) or more years continuous service shall receive six (6) weeks’ vacation with pay based upon thirteen per cent (13%) of earnings or two hundred and forty (240) hours at the hourly rate of the Employee's regular job, whichever is greater.
