Two Weeks Vacation. Employees with one (1) to two (2) years continuous service shall receive two (2) weeks vacation with pay based upon four per cent (4%) of earnings.
Two Weeks Vacation. To employees after completing one year of service. Three Weeks’ Vacation To employees commencing with the regular vacation period in the year in which their second anniversary falls.
Two Weeks Vacation. An employee starting with the first day of employment and through thirty six (36) months of continuous service shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of 6.67 hours per month, or up to two (2) weeks per year (6.67 hours x 12 months = 80 hours per year).

Two Weeks Vacation. Associates hired between January 1 and June 30 are eligible for two weeks vacation in the following year which can be taken from a period no earlier than one year from the hire date to December 31 of that year.
Two Weeks Vacation. Bargaining unit members who accrue vacation leave will submit a requested vacation leave schedule to the immediate supervisor not later than twenty (20) days prior to the requested use of a two week vacation. No more than two (2) bargaining unit members in any one classification will be eligible for vacation leave at the same time. No bargaining unit member will be approved for more than two consecutive weeks of vacation leave at one time.

Employees who have completed twelve (12) consecutive months of employment but less than five (5) consecutive years of employment shall receive two (2) calendar weeks vacation time off, with vacation pay for the period of vacation time-off equal to four percent (4%) of the Employee’s total wages earned in the previous twelve (12) consecutive months of employment;

Employees who resign from the service or who are discharged for cause prior to the vacation period they have selected, shall be given vacation pay as required by statute. However, the full vacation pay applicable in each case shall be allowed to employees who retire on pension, or who resign after completing ten years’ service and in the case of death to the deceased employee’s estate.
