Sixth Day Worked on Distant Location. Subject to any overtime requirements of this Agreement, the sixth day worked in an employee’s workweek on distant location is a straight time day.

  • Distant Work An employee sent from his or her usual locality to another (in circumstances other than those prescribed in 5.9.4(a) hereof) and required to remain away from his or her usual place of abode will be paid travelling time whilst necessarily travelling between such localities, and expenses whilst so absent from his or her usual locality.

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.
