Slip Assignment. The Owner agrees to only use his / her assigned slip. CM reserves the right to reassign slips at any point for the duration of the agreement at its sole discretion.

Slip Assignment. (a) Boat Owner shall be assigned a slip at the discretion of the Park Manager or Harbor Master in accordance with the size of the boat to be accommodated. Reassignment of a boat to a more appropriate slip is permitted, as need arises, and shall be done according to the requirements of the Park Manager.
Slip Assignment. The CITY reserves the right to reassign PERMITTEE’S slip location for any reason. If reassignment becomes necessary, the alternative slip shall be of equal or larger length. The CITY in its sole discretion reserves the right to move PERMITTEE’S boat to the alternative slip.
Slip Assignment. Owner shall have the sole and exclusive right to use the Slip assigned to Owner by OASIS MARINAS, provided Owner is not in default under any provision of this Agreement. The Slip shall be used solely for the purpose of mooring the Boat (one vessel) within the slip. Owner acknowledges that no business of any kind may be conducted from the Slip without the written permission of OASIS MARINAS. Owner acknowledges that no boat other than the Boat described above, may be substituted without the prior written approval of OASIS MARINAS. Owner acknowledges that the Slip may not be sublet nor may this Agreement or any rights hereunder be assigned by Owner without the prior written consent of OASIS MARINAS. OASIS MARINAS may move the Boat to any other slip in the marina if it is deemed necessary by OASIS MARINAS at its sole discretion and at any time. Owner agrees that they will promptly comply with any written request made by OASIS MARINAS and sent to Owner by first class mail that Owner remove the Boat and all personal property from the assigned slip. In the event it is necessary for OASIS MARINAS to remove the Boat and/or Owner’s property from the slip, Owner agrees to pay all charges for moving, hauling, land storage, and launching as invoiced by OASIS MARINAS.
Slip Assignment. For the Term of this Agreement the Marina hereby assigns to Vessel Owner the slip identified above (the “Slip”) for Vessel Owner's exclusive use in connection with the Vessel described herein. Owner understands that he/she is not allowed to locate any vessel other than the one specified above in the assigned Slip, except that if (and only if) the assigned slip is 38-feet or longer Owner may also maintain one dinghy in the assigned Slip. The Marina must approve, in advance, all dinghies to be located in any slip.
Slip Assignment. The LANDLORD reserves the sole right to assign slips and dock space. TENANT shall not assign, transfer, or permit use of assigned space without the Written Consent of the LANDLORD. The LANDLORD may use or rent leased slips in the absence of the TENANT’s boat from the leased slip, not to interfere with the TENANT’s Rights.

Slip Assignment. Grafton Harbor retains the right of final assignment of any and all slips and to reassign such slips as necessary when such assignments are deemed to be in the best interests of Grafton Harbor. Every reasonable effort shall be made to assign the slip in accordance with the wishes of the Slip License Holder except that no slip shall be assigned which will not completely accommodate the intended vessel. License Reassignment: Slip Holder license are exclusive and cannot be reassigned.

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.

  • SUBCONTRACTS - ASSIGNMENT Contractor shall not subcontract or assign this Agreement, or any part thereof, or interest therein, directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, to any person without obtaining the prior written consent by County. Contractor remains legally responsible for the performance of all contract terms including work performed by third parties under subcontracts. Any subcontracting will be subject to all applicable provisions of this Agreement. Contractor shall be held responsible by County for the performance of any subcontractor whether approved by County or not. Contractor hereby assigns to the County all rights, title, and interest in and to all causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the Xxxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 15) or under the Xxxxxxxxxx Act (Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 16700) of Part 2 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code), arising from the purchase if goods, materials, or services by the Contractor for sale to the County pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Room Assignment The Landlord will assign rooms in accordance with the current assignment practice set by Residence Services. The Landlord reserves the right to transfer or move Tenants when deemed necessary. Tenants failing to arrive within 48 hours of the specified move-in date, without informing Residence Services of the delay, will lose their room assignment.

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • Transfer/Assignment (A) Subject to compliance with clause (B) of this Section 8, this Warrant and all rights hereunder are transferable, in whole or in part, upon the books of the Company by the registered holder hereof in person or by duly authorized attorney, and a new warrant shall be made and delivered by the Company, of the same tenor and date as this Warrant but registered in the name of one or more transferees, upon surrender of this Warrant, duly endorsed, to the office or agency of the Company described in Section 3. All expenses (other than stock transfer taxes) and other charges payable in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of the new warrants pursuant to this Section 8 shall be paid by the Company.
