SMOKING POLICY. (a) Employees are prohibited from smoking within the refinery boundary except on those areas which are clearly marked as “Smoking Permitted”. Members of individual crews must only smoke in the shelter designated by their supervisor. (b) The Employees will accept and support any refinery wide practice which limits or eliminates smoking in the refinery with the proviso that the Employer shall provide the Employee with all counselling, support and assistance required to achieve this aim.
