Social Responsibility the Contracted Party is responsible for the impacts of its decisions and activities on society and the environment through an ethical and transparent behavior that (i) contributes to sustainable development, including the health and well-being of society, and takes into account the stakeholders’ expectations; (ii) is in compliance with the Best Practices of the Oil Industry; and (iii) is integrated into the Contracted Party and applied in its relationships related to the Contracted Party’s activities within its sphere of influence.
CULTURAL DIVERSITY The Cultural Diversity Requirement generally does not add units to a student's program. Rather, it is intended to be fulfilled by choosing courses from the approved list that also satisfy requirements in other areas of the student’s program; the exception is that Cultural Diversity courses may not satisfy Culture and Language Requirements for B.S. students. For example, Anthropology 120 can fulfill (3) units of the Behavioral Science requirement and (3) units of the Cultural Diversity requirement. This double counting of a class may only be done with the Cultural Diversity requirement. Courses in Cultural Diversity may be taken at the lower-division or upper-division level. U . S . MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE 14.1 Current practices will prevail for the duration of this Agreement, except that any changes in medical or hospital insurance plans, including the premium payable by employees, applicable to the majority of those employed in the Public Service for whom the Treasury Board is the employer, will during the life of this Agreement be applicable to the employees under this Agreement.
Corporate Social Responsibility The Parties affirm the importance of each Party encouraging enterprises operating within its Area or subject to its jurisdiction to voluntarily incorporate into their internal policies those internationally recognised standards, guidelines and principles of corporate social responsibility that have been endorsed or are supported by that Party.
Health and Hospitalization Insurance Single Coverage: The School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $284.00 per month toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in single coverage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.
Social and Environmental Responsibility Supplier warrants that in all countries in which Supplier and, to Supplier’s information and belief, Supplier’s authorized subcontractors do business, its and their operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing labor and employment, employee health and safety, protection of the environment, and ethical practices. Supplier will comply with DXC Supplier Code of Conduct (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxx/cr/ds/118945- csc_responsible_supply_chain_program), including establishment of management systems as described therein.
Social Services For Applicants residing in a state NB is licensed, NB will conduct the home study and post-placement services. If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services. The Applicant understands and consents to the professional exchange of their information between NB and the local home study agency.
Hospital and Medical Insurance The University shall make available health insurance to the employees covered by this agreement to the same extent and in the same manner as is available to other University employees, such as Faculty and the Executive, Administrative and Professional Staff employees. It is the University's goal to have the same health insurance plans offered uniformly to all University groups and employees.
Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. The text of the Chapter 12T is available on the web at xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/olse/fco. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. Capitalized terms used in this Section and not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Chapter 12T.
Health Insurance Coverage (a) An employee who is laid off or separated from employment on or after July 1, 1994, under circumstances which entitle such employee to reemployment rights under this Article, other than pursuant to Section 23, may elect to continue membership in their health benefit plan, upon advance payment of the regular percentage contribution to the cost of the plan, during the first six
