Solar Panel. The solar panel must be capable of recharging the battery(s) and simultaneously providing the required energy for the continuous operation of the DCP. This includes accounting for the consumption of the datalogger and charge controller for sensor operation, rain and water level measurements, and remote data transmission, considering 60-minute intervals for the GOES system. Solar Panel a. All solar panels shall be up appropriately sized for sign power requirements and all climate and geographical locations. MEETS
Solar Panel. If Landlord installs additional solar panels during the Term and requires equipment similar to the equipment manufactured by Tenant (“Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment”) in connection with its use of such additional solar panels, then Landlord agrees to purchase such Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment from Tenant; provided, however, that (i) the cost of Tenant’s Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment is equal to or less than comparable Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment, (ii) Tenant’s Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment is of equal or greater quality compared to comparable Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment, and (iii) Tenant’s Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment is suitable for Landlord’s needs (as determined by Landlord in its reasonable discretion). Landlord further agrees during the Term, at no out-of-pocket cost to Landlord and subject to Landlord’s obligations (if any) under other agreements and applicable law, to reasonably cooperate with Tenant in connection with Tenant’s marketing of its Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment to Tenant’s existing and future customers and to advise other tenants of the building that Landlord knows are interested in installing solar panels of Tenant’s Ancillary Solar Panel Equipment.
