SOLIDARITY. If "Borrower" means more than one person, each of them shall be solidarily liable for the obligations stipulated in this agreement and in any renewal agreement.
SOLIDARITY. If a party consists of two or more persons, they are forced and severally liable to the other party.
SOLIDARITY. Unless expressly agreed with THE BANK otherwise, when two or more persons contract or perform a transaction with THE BANK, it shall be understood that they act jointly. In consequence, all of them shall be jointly and severally liable for their obligations to THE BANK. SOLIDARITY. Notwithstanding any sublease or assignment, the Lessee's liability shall remain solidary with the assignee or the sub-lessee, as the case may be for all of the obligations of the Lessee pursuant to the Lease, so that the Lessor may compel the Lessee, and the Surety (if any), to observe all of the obligations of the Lease as if no assignment or sublease had occurred.
SOLIDARITY. A common theme linking all the above matters is the ability of governing bodies to maintain a regulatory structure built on solidarity, both sporting and financial, reflecting the pyramid model and value system of team sport in Europe.
SOLIDARITY. If more than one Borrower signs this Agreement, the obligations of all Borrowers towards the Lender under this Agreement are solidary.
SOLIDARITY. If the term “BORROWER” includes more than one person, each of them is solidarily liable to the LENDER with respect to the obligations stipulated herein.
SOLIDARITY. In this act and by the present instrument, Redes Opticas S.A. and Redes Opticas (Cayman) Corp., both acting duly represented as indicated in the appearance, constitute the guarantors and joint and several co-debtors with respect to compliance of all and each one of their respective obligations under this Contract.
SOLIDARITY. Notwithstanding any sublease or assignment or the signature of a new lease as provided in section 15.6, the Tenant shall remain solidarily liable of the execution of the obligations found in this Lease and, by the assignment, subletting or new lease, any assignee or sub-tenant or new tenant shall take on the performance of Tenant’s obligations to Landlord. The mere assignment, subletting or signature of a new lease shall render the Tenant and any assignee, subtenant or new tenant solidarily liable to the Landlord of the execution of all the obligations found in the Lease.
