Solo Passengers and Single Accommodation. (a) Prices quoted in Tour Brochures are on a twin share basis. If Your booking is not a twin share booking We will notify You of the applicable Single Supplement Rate, and You must pay the Single Supplement Rate for the Tour, at the time of booking. (b) If You are willing to share a room with another single traveller of the same gender, You must pay the Single Supplement Rate. If You remain matched throughout the entire Tour, You will be refunded the Single Supplement Rate within two weeks of completion of the Tour. (c) We accept no responsibility for the suitability of the allocated rooming partner. (d) If at any time during the Tour, You consider Your rooming partner unsuitable, We will use reasonable endeavours to arrange single accommodation for You for the remainder of the Tour, subject to availability, using the pre-paid Single Supplement Rate. (e) A limited number of single rooms are available at a Single Supplement Rate for each Tour. In some locations, single rooms are smaller than twin rooms and may not be available. You acknowledge that if there is no availability of single accommodation for the remainder of the Tour, You will be required to continue to share with Your nominated rooming partner for the remainder of the Tour.

A pricing methodology under which the price of Energy at each location in the NYS Transmission System is equivalent to the cost to supply the next increment of Load at that location (i.e., the short-run marginal cost). The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from death or bodily injury to a Passenger by the sole reason that the act which caused the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding the aircraft.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Supported Wage System The Supported Wage provisions are set out in Schedule E – Supported Wage System.

Lincoln staffs a 2nd shift mechanic only and the vehicle in need of repair is closer to the Bloomington garage. This example covers areas that both have Ameren in-house mechanics. Example 2: Any CIPS 702 units could be repaired by Ameren staffed mechanics in 702 territories. This would generally happen in areas that are in close proximity to an IP or CILCO garage. This example covers 702 CIPS areas that do not have Ameren in-house mechanics. These jobs currently are outsourced. Perform Preventive Maintenance on CIPS 702 equipment at individual operating centers where advantageous. This work is currently outsourced. It is not the company’s intent to perform all PM’s with in-house mechanics.

  • Coaching Informal discussion or instruction between employee and their immediate supervisor. Supervisor may follow up in writing which may include a simple action plan. This is not a form of corrective action.

  • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.
