Solution Monitoring and Management Sample Clauses

Solution Monitoring and Management. The Maintel Managed Monitoring service has been developed to provide a comprehensive platform monitoring and management solution for customers. The service utilises a number of monitoring tools to provide platform specific performance data and alarm management. These feed into a SNMP alarm management tool which provides comprehensive performance dashboards and element specific drill-downs. Platform alarms are fed into Maintel’s incident tracking solution for automated ticket generation which, in turn, initiates Maintel’s proven and highly reactive incident management processes. This solution ensures that any issues on the supported platforms are detected, responded to, and resolved ensuring maximum service availability for the customer. Maintel can also provide customers with full visibility of their supported solution via customised dashboards giving real-time views of the solution health, stability and utilisation. The customer specific dashboards are not included as standard, and will attract an additional charge.
